Good start of the test on Phillip Island
Max finished the first day of testing on Phillip Island with a good seventh position. Whereas he always needed some time for settling in during the other pre-season tests, he had confidence in his Honda CBR after a few laps now. Max and his Honda Ten Kate crew want to use the next day to find a good race set-up.
Max: "I am relieved that I quickly found a good rhythm. Also the times do not look badly, but anyway I am not satisfied yet. We still have difficulties over the distance. After a few laps the performance of the rear tire is extremely decreasing. We will work hard on this problem tomorrow all day ..."
